Take Charge

Awareness awards us the power to read between the lines. When we're seeking love and attention from other adults we're vulnerable and open to abuse. Be aware of this and ask: Am I taking the ultimate responsibility of loving me? Now you are grown, there is no one else, who can do this for you.
