Questions to Meditate on #4 (Value)

Once you are calm, through following the lessons learnt on your course, begin to ask this question only considering its implications

 

Question 4

It’s important to notice how you feel whilst pondering the question. Notice if it resonates in the body, triggers a nonverbal mood, or gut feeling. Give attention to the bodily tone it evokes than to the thoughts and ideas it generates. Whatever you feel silently rest until it fades.

The aim of the question, is to provoke an inner, unconscious search. Have no concern for finding immediate, conscious answers, in time they will come. In time.
